ISKernel is certified ISO/IEC 27001 and HDS by the LSTI — an accredited certification body by COFRAC. A dual recognition that reflects our commitment to data protection, especially in sensitive healthcare environments.
Health Data Hosting Certification
According to the Agency for Health Digital (ANS), the HDS certification aims to strengthen the protection of personal health data and to build a trusted environment around eHealth and patient monitoring. ISKernel is certified as a Health Data Hosting Provider, demonstrating its ability to securely host personal health data.
No transfer of personal health data to a third country outside the European Economic Area (EEE) is performed. All data is hosted and processed exclusively within the EEE, in compliance with the HDS framework requirements and the GDPR.
ISO 27001 Certification
The ISO 27001 certification demonstrates the implementation of an effective Information Security Management System (ISMS). It defines a methodology to identify cyber threats, manage risks associated with critical information within your organization, and implement appropriate protective measures.

Research & Innovation Tax Credit Approvals (CIR / CII)
ISKernel is recognised as an approved organisation under the Research Tax Credit (Crédit d'Impôt Recherche, CIR) and the Innovation Tax Credit (Crédit d'Impôt Innovation, CII). These government tax schemes allow our clients to recover up to 30% of the expenses invested in their research, development and technological innovation projects, directly from their corporate income tax. If your company does not make a profit, this tax credit is refunded to you.
Thanks to our approval, any company that entrusts us with research- and innovation-related assignments can deduct part of our fees, within certain ceilings. Our eligible work covers both research — aimed at acquiring new knowledge — and experimental development, which consists of creating new products or processes. You simply need to confirm that your activities genuinely qualify as R&D or innovation and file your declaration; our teams support you throughout these steps to maximise your tax benefits.
